Works great in the fuel system

Over the past year I've noticed that my son's Polaris RZR 170 is harder to start and loses power. At some point it lost all energy and could hardly work. Sounds like a fuel problem. I just installed a new fuel pump and it's like new again. It starts immediately and gets its power back. Easy to install and works great.

Pros
  • GOLS certified
Cons
  • Fading

Worked like a CHAMPION!

Plug and play, baby! 2009 YFZ450R and I plugged it in and plugged it back into the fuel tank, plugged in the wiring harness and turned the key. Fuel is everywhere! If you don't know what's good, then "Put down your mouse and get away from your computer." Take it to your local Yamaha dealer's service department. For men who know. This is the pump for you. Check the date of this post. I'll edit it if it dies on me or you'll know it's going to be ridden hard and cleaned up wet!

Pros
  • Beautiful packaging
Cons
  • Not everything fits

RZR 170 SPRAY FIXED

Cliffsnotes: This fuel pump fixed the 2017 RZR 170's hard starting and constant spraying/stalling. I needed a small hose clamp to connect the hose to the pump after cutting off the original crimp terminal. and also had to unsolder the connectors that were on the original pump. Just installed on my 2017 nephew RZR 170. His family lives on a horse ranch where he rides them every day. I don't know how many hours/miles it has but I'm willing to bet it's one of the highest in the country. And itโ€ฆ
