Packed Great! Assembly was easy until... oh look, the brass z-bar support bushings on either side are loose. The screws are ready to fall out! So I tightened them but NO, they are loose because when tightened the Z-bar gets stuck and doesn't rotate AT ALL! So I had to bend the bracket to the right angle to allow the X-Gantry to raise and lower freely with the screws tightened. But it's still WRONG! Packaging The packaging of the D3 Hero was excellent. Everything was solid and could not move. Received without damage.AssemblyAssembly was easy. It took us 30-45 minutes to set it up. Followed the YouTube video step by step. All setup documentation is on the SD card. So if you need paper, you need to print it out before assembling. Leveling the bed was easy. I really wanted to love this printer. I was looking for a dual extruder printer after getting very familiar with my Creality Ender 5. The Hictop D3 Hero arrived quickly and was well packaged.
