I like that this is a sturdy mortar string that I trust hanging my RC planes from the ceiling with. Not all mortar strings can or are rated for any loads but this one does have some light load ratings. Definitely worth the money In my opinion.

Pros
  • Great twine at a reasonable price. I have enough now to last for some time!
Cons
  • The product may not be suitable for use in certain industries due to regulations or restrictions

High quality best in my review

Great nylon twine and great price. I bought #60, and it is 3-ply twisted. I was surprised and happy to see that they have a huge assortment of sizes. I was looking for heavier sizes, and it turned out Sgt. Knots seems to have every size, from the lightest to the heaviest.

Pros
  • Nice roll of string for a good price!
Cons
  • The twine may not be suitable for use in certain types of marine or boat applications

and doesn't twist or get tangled like monofilament does

I use this twine for my fishing rigs for catfish- jugnoodles and trotlines. Its tough, long-lasting, flexible, and doesn't twist or get tangled like monofilament does. I like the black tarred line a little better because it lasts longer, but this stuff is great and will catch a lot of fish!

Pros
  • great
Cons
  • The twine may not be suitable for use with certain types of fasteners or hardware

Not the greatest. on my review.

This twine does not stay twisted. So you need to be careful when cutting and tying off. I would not buy it again. Very good!

Very good quality, AMERICAN MADE by a veteran

Just what I was looking for to tie up trimmings from our hedges so we can set them out for collection. Very good quality, AMERICAN MADE by a veteran . What else could you wish for.

Pros
  • Will buy again
Cons
  • The product may not hold up well in wet conditions

I bought this for my textiles class when I ran out of my first spool of nylon string rather quickly. The 1lb appealed to me, and I was convinced I wouldn't have to buy another spool during the semester I'd I Just invested in more, so I did.The string is a bit thin, and initially, this made me question if I'd like it; however, it does a great job for what I need it! Not only do my arashi shibori pieces look amazing (nylon string creates great resist), but I actually PREFER the dimensions of this

Pros
  • Excelente para elevar cometa.
Cons
  • The twine may not be suitable for use with certain hardware or equipment

Other than crazy glue, this product is a must .

Other than crazy glue, this product is a must have. The down side - the end of the twine will "fray" but a light touch of glue will keep the ends from unraveling. Also a quick touch with a lighter will "melt" the ends.

Pros
  • I bought this to weave the bottom of a small rocking chair for my grandchildren. It worked wonderful!
Cons
  • The product may not be suitable for use in certain types of shipping or transportation

Kite String on my review.

I bought this to use as kite string for a middle school math project. I was able to string 200 kites with this and it was very durable in strong winds.

Pros
  • Good quality. No hassles.
Cons
  • The product may require special care or maintenance to ensure longevity

I have been using this twine in place of paracord with good results. Much more economical than paracord and just as strong. It takes up less space in my backpack than the same length of paracord, I still carry paracord just a lot less than, I did before trying out this excellent, highly versatile braided nylon twine. The fact that it is made in the USA by a veteran owned company, is a big plus in my opinion. Excellent quality and high tensile strength, highly resistant to the elements and…

Pros
  • This twine is sturdy and is being used to tie recycling items together. Very happy with it!!
Cons
  • The product may require special tools or equipment for use

Great for learning crocheting

I was having trouble seeing the stitches and knowing where to put my needle when I first started learning to crochet. My mom had some cording that worked well but was very thick. This twine is perfect and makes a great doily! A bit too heavy for a blanket or tablecloth, but fun to work with.

Pros
  • Nothing to like or dislike it's just string, what I ordered.
Cons
  • The product may not be suitable for use in certain types of construction projects

Perfect for fine macrame work

Using this for delicate macrame work. Love that it is in big roll. Would buy a bigger roll if it came in such! The cord does come unravelled easily though so ends need to be sealed, though this is pretty typical for nylon cord of this type.

Pros
  • Fishing net
Cons
  • The product may not be readily available in all areas
