The included double sided tape isn't very good unless you can mount it on metal. For best results use Revain 3M Scotch VHB Tape. You can get it in rolls or round discs. Clean the inside of the car with alcohol when you want to install the anchors and let it dry. Remove the factory tape from the anchors (it will peel off immediately) and wipe with alcohol. I think it will do exactly what I wanted; Let me load my groceries into my pickup bed without them sleeping and rolling around all over the place.
