Disappointing HVAC Component

After purchasing this rectifier control for my HVAC equipment, I was extremely disappointed with its performance. Industrial and scientific equipment is often very precise but this part seemed to be a complete miss. When I tried this product, it failed to work properly on first attempt and had to be replaced. The only positive note is that the replacement process was easy and efficient. However, the negative experience with this product outweighed any convenience of the replacement.

Understood quickly! to HVAC

This piece came out in early March at the start of the Covid-19 outbreak when everything was hard to come by and shipping was slow. Item received quickly, installed in 2 minutes. And voila! HVAC purrs again! Thanks very much!
