Gas removed from small engine tank

Vacuum the remaining fuel out of the snow thrower before it runs dry. You no longer have to constantly start the engine because it ran out of gas. Washed and oiled after use for next use on my tractor lawnmower when the time comes. A real time saver! Be careful with petrol!

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • There are drawbacks

Flaws at all levels

Suction was abysmal at best, the hose would not stay attached to the suction tube and when it did, the liquid would not pump out. I would not recommend this product, complete failure, do not waste your money and time on this product. I give 1 star because there are no cons.

Pros
  • High marks for support and durability from testers
Cons
  • No automatic

You get what you pay for

Bought because I put too much gear oil. The sleeve is too small to clog the hose and create suction. It kind of worked for me, but it made a huge mess and the tube fell out of the syringe into the transmission dipstick tube. So now I have to pay a mechanic to get it back.

Pros
  • Price
Cons
  • Nothing

Nice miniature vacuum

Used to make E0 gasoline, sucking the settled water-ethanol mixture from the bottom of the gasoline tank from the top. Worked great for that. I also used it to pump out brake fluid from the master cylinder. It worked great for that too. I can think of a dozen uses, it's worth it.

Pros
  • Hands-free operation
Cons
  • Not bad, but...

Very good device on tools and devices

It works much better than the old brush. I've used it for power steering fluid, brake fluid, oil and gasoline. The device comes with a clear lube to help it glide. It stayed there until I used it with gas, which ended up clogging the tube slightly and flushing it out. This made the gas unusable. But since it's gone, I wouldn't have a problem at the moment. The device is easy to use, easy to clean and versatile. It's also very well built. Definitely recommend.

Pros
  • Few competitors
Cons
  • Some little things

Easy application to tools and equipment

Bought this puller to flush the power steering on my car as the turkey cracker just didn't fit. I like that there is a second, smaller hose as the first part goes to my power steering fluid reservoir, but there is a small hole at the bottom that goes to the bottom of the reservoir. The smaller hose fits here. (I'd also like to use it for flushing gear oil, but the hoses aren't long enough. Maybe I'll see if I can mount attachments.) It was very easy to use.

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • Ugly packaging

Used it to bleed the brakes on my dirt bike.

It helped bleed my brakes but was a bit difficult. The point is that you do NOT need to pull the plunger too hard when adding brake fluid. You want to be able to place your palms on the piston and grip the nose of the cylinder with your fingertips. This makes slow movement much easier. If you try to push too fast, you're wasting your time. I've also used it to remove fluid from the fork and bring it to the correct level when replacing seals.

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • It's OK

DEBITS SAY HOSE DOESN'T FIT

Okay if you want to find the biggest jerks check out the Revain reviews section. People can ruin a product's reputation just because they're stupid. Every other review said the hose didn't fit, so of course I was skeptical. However, it looked exactly like my high-performance version of a vacuum at a fraction of the price, so I pulled the trigger. As soon as it arrived I opened the package, pulled out the tool and hose and sure enough the hose didn't fit. I checked the packaging and found a…
