An off-center center drill is useless

They are very poorly made. As you can see in this photo the hole is not centered in the guide (I have the worst set) Also the bevel is too short to center the drill except for a very narrow range of centering holes (a problem with all) I plan on to return them.

Poor design, shouldn't have bought a cheaper product

Shields receded less than 1/4 inch, in some cases not moving at all. The drill bit was not big enough for the spring (or the spring was too big for the body) which prevented the screen from moving and exposing the drill bit, so the drill bit will never drill a hole deep enough to use as starting hole to be used.
