There was no IC3D on the spool. Foreign bodies in the thread. Comes in a torn resealable bag, not a sealed bag. The reel had scratches from sliding on the floor. Supplied in an IC3D box without protection. The IC3D was a great product, this reel appears to have been tampered with.
