High performance, bulky, annoying new cable.

Robust Icom quality outboard microphone that mimics the user interface of my new 424G radio. The phone is quite bulky, almost the size of a PDA. The new microphone's pigtail cable is annoying because it is not compatible with my original CommandMIC II cable. However, I have found that the extension cord that came with the mic plugs fits into the leftover CommandMIC II extension cord, so I didn't have to pull a new cord (which would be so cumbersome that I would probably return the product)…

Pros
  • Marine Radios
Cons
  • Slightly torn
