Excellent patient management software and great support too

I like that it allows me to keep my records all in one place, which makes for easy access when needed! It's very user friendly with an excellent customer service team who are always available if you have any questions or issues relating to your account! The only thing about this program is its pricing structure - there could be more affordable options out there but as of now it does seem expensive compared to other programs we've used before (not sure why). Pros
  • Allowing us to schedule patients at their convenience via text messaging so they don't need come into clinic until convenient time works best instead of needing them every day/weekday during normal business hours; also keeping patient dental information organized together rather than searching endlessly across various sources trying find something specific saving valuable employee worktime by providing instant results upon search
Cons
  • So-so

So helpful and efficient!!! Excellent experience!!

I like that this system has been able to help us with our patient appointments, billing etc! We've had some issues in other products but we have not found any issue at all yet when using identslsoft. It's easy for me as an office manager/admin person too use it because of how user friendly everything seems so far. There are many different options you can choose from depending what type (or whatever) insurance they may carry or their specific plan details will determine which ones work best wtih

Pros
  • That once enrolled is always going direct between dentists&/patients instead having separate providers who don’t communicate well enough together sometimes causing confusion among both parties trying get health care completed efficiently while also making sure everyone stays within budgetary restrictions along wth proper treatment plans made according tto each individual situation.etc.it really helps keep things much more organized
Cons
  • Almost never
