Excellent patient management software and great support too
I like that it allows me to keep my records all in one place, which makes for easy access when needed! It's very user friendly with an excellent customer service team who are always available if you have any questions or issues relating to your account! The only thing about this program is its pricing structure - there could be more affordable options out there but as of now it does seem expensive compared to other programs we've used before (not sure why). We use it because everything from scheduling appointments through billing can take place within 1 platform allowing our entire office staff quick & efficient access without having multiple files scattered around different folders.
Pros
- Allowing us to schedule patients at their convenience via text messaging so they don't need come into clinic until convenient time works best instead of needing them every day/weekday during normal business hours; also keeping patient dental information organized together rather than searching endlessly across various sources trying find something specific saving valuable employee worktime by providing instant results upon search
