The system has been very reliable for us, as we use it in our trading desk. It's easy enough that anyone can work with it without any training or support needed from other parties (e.g., IT). We have also found them responsive when issues arise - they are always quick at responding via email! Nothing really comes up too often but if something does then their response time was pretty good so far :) They do seem like an expensive product compared some of its competitors out there though. If…
