Bought these to hold my kayak rack on my truck bed rails. I didn't feel like drilling holes for permanent installation so this was the next best option. With an impact wrench and the right socket wrench, I can assemble 8 of these (4 per stand) and be up and running in minutes. So far they have held up well and have not shown any signs of rust. I don't know how they compare qualitatively to competing products, but they worked well for my purposes.

I have used several different truck cap clamps and I think these are some of the best quality clamps I have ever used. I'm impressed with them for the price I paid. Clamps can be quite expensive for what they are. They are very well made and painted. The clasp has a smooth action and the shell slides perfectly. I've been wearing them on my truck for a few weeks now and they're holding up very well. I would buy them again and recommend them to my friends.

Use these clips to attach a truck rack to my utility trailer to set up a rooftop tent. Worked great 👌 I drove about 120-130 miles with this trailer. Approximately 80 miles by highway and 45-50 miles by beach on Padre Island National Coast. These clamps did a great job of securing my hiking gear during rough beach driving and 65-75 mph on the freeway. I always check them before take off and on arrival. They are extremely secure and have not moved an inch. A very well made product.

I bought these to add an extra set of clamps to my ladder post. They LOST THE BLACK COLOR after 2 weeks. Now they just look like dirty old clamps next to the aluminum version I originally bought. Pictured is a two week old set of black clips alongside my originals. It looks like they were painted and then it rained and washed the paint off. Very good quality, good size and well made clips. I used these clips to easily attach my Fiber Force Camper Cover to the back of my 1993 Ford Ranger Super Cabin. work well. I left them in place for insurance reasons, but these clips are far superior to the locking system.
