Description of 📸 IFUN UV Curing Photosensitive Jewelry Casting

Jewelry castable resin uses special formulas to ensure perfect casting results, featuring low thermal expansion coefficient and optimized burnout performance. Castable printing model features smooth surface, showing high precision in details, perfect to cast jewelry more efficiently. IFUN castable resin can be used in lost wax casting, burning clear, ash free and no residue, low contraction percentage, shape dimension fixed, high fineness smooth surface spare parts. Castable blend has been designed to cast your pieces in bronze, copper, tin or iron using standard vacuum investment casting methods and settings. You can use it to cast gold, white gold, silver and many other metals. The combination of digital design and lost waxing casting processes in 3D printing is the trend for custom jewelry, crafts and accessories.

I don't know what the problem is

So it's a cast resin and the people who got it working said it was great most of the time. So I bought it and it refuses to stick to the platen when printing, so I stick to the tray every time and nothing prints. I bought an Elegoo resin to see if it was a machine, tray or plate and their resin works well. The problem is that Elegoo resin cannot be cast (just give context). I haven't really been able to try this resin and I've read various setting recommendations, tried manipulating the…

Printing in the dark

I print with Mars 2 Pro. I used 5 coats of 60 seconds each to start printing and everything adhered well to the plate. The finer details have been lost and I need to work out some print settings and I expect this to be done through trial and error. Unfortunately, I couldn't find any IFuns recommendations for my printer or a burn-in chart, so experiment more. It's a bit concerning that although I sent an email with recommendations a few days ago, I haven't received any information yet. I cannot…

  • Wrinkled

Not bad for the price when I first bought it for 80 the price has now gone up to 100 per ml what that means that it has to withstand 200 tar per liter. I've cast about 32 different parts with this resin, they all used R&R plastic as an investment, and it took me 2-2.5 liters total. I had pits and inclusions in almost all of them, some to the point where it would ruin the piece. But the parameters of the burnout process have been changed to improve the results. My piece is very organic and…
