10/10 would buy again.

Excellent quality, extremely tight tolerances, perfect fit. Would buy again but probably won't need it for the rest of my car life.

The 2004 330ci fits easily as it should

Once in your car's life you need to change this or it won't hold tension well and the serpentine belt may snap. That's exactly what happened to me. Bought this and a new belt; no problem now

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons

some hardware not included depending on application - looks good

Seems to be much more durable than the original spring compressor. There was some liquid around the hydraulic part, but I think it just came from production. Pros
  • Great for a small home
Cons
  • Functionality

For the various hardened mounting screws, front dust cap, and rear shield, you'll need to purchase at least a part installation 'kit' (which was supposed to come with the part - kinda idiotic that it isn't included). for the idler. Note, however, that the pulleys you remove can partially pull off one of the short bolts (I think it's…

Pros
  • Easy Installation
Cons
  • Unnecessary Features
