Protect your dog. Do you know the temperature of the soil

Great for tilling the soil that my dog will walk on. Paws are more delicate than people think and I want my dog to be safe. I bought a second one to give to the local dog shelter for the same purpose. I have to admit that I use a laser to take care of my lab. He loves chasing the red dot

Pros
  • Great for a small house
Cons
  • Expensive

"Not working properly "

This infrared thermometer is not working properly, does not read the correct temperature, also I notice when I stand up and move away from the surface I want to measure the Temperature, it shows different temperatures in one and the same area. Rather spend a little more and buy an infrared thermometer that is worthwhile

Pros
  • Elegant design
Cons
  • Difficult to tell

Died after 6 months

Worked great - while working (6 months). Now it just shows "Err" when trying to read. He started giving erroneously high readings (122 degrees instead of 74). I thought it might have been the battery so I replaced it with a new battery that I knew was good and it worked again for about an hour. Now it just says "Err". It has never been dropped or abused - always kept indoors (30% humidity / 74 degrees).

That's cool! the best infrared thermometers

I mainly use this thermometer for soap making. I no longer need 2 or more thermometers at work. When I first used it, I checked it with a meat thermometer and the reading was exactly the same. My meat thermometer is fine, but the temperature fluctuates a degree or two back and forth. It gives me an almost instant temperature. I mix my oils and water with lye to get a good core temperature, but I've had to do this with other thermometers. Cleaning is not necessary.

  • great for me

  • boring packaging

Good design but useless if precision isn't available

Build quality was good and the device looked decent. I installed the battery and tried it on the wall next to the thermostat. The thermometer showed about 9 degrees below normal. I went outside where the temperature was 103 degrees. Pointing the thermometer at the driveway, I expected something hotter than the air temperature, but it was again too low - 96 degrees. I put the pot on the stove and bring the water to a boil. The reading through the water to the bottom of the pot was less than 200…

Good product for thermometer

I bought it to measure the flow of water from the tap when changing the water in the aquarium, as I got tired of holding thermometers under running water and responding slowly. The temperature must be at least close to the temperature of the tank so as not to shock the occupants. This unit arrived quickly, very well assembled and works great. I've found that I need to give it some time to calibrate before releasing the trigger to get more accurate temperature readings, but that's fine. Hope…

Very useful for my purposes

I bought this thermometer for my soap making hobby. It is excellent. I no longer have to worry about cleaning the thermometer, dripping lye everywhere when I take it out, or anything else. And I only need one thermometer for the entire batch instead of a separate one for bases and oils. I highly recommend it if you make soap. I suppose it would be good for uses like making candy (although I haven't tried it for that). out! It's very easy to use, I got the hang of it in just a few minutes. I…

It seems to work very well, simple and fast. Good value for money.

I bought a makeshift pistol for my brother. Maybe he doesn't really need it other than he earns way more than me so what should I buy him? Sometimes he grills outdoors. I have another one that I bought earlier. I pointed it at a piece of hardware I was trying to fix to see if any part of it was overheating and it doesn't appear that any of its parts are overheating enough to damage them. So he did a good job. It's not difficult to use and doesn't drain your battery unnecessarily. It can easily…

Used to work with cake sugar and owned for 1 year

Worked great for my melting sugar to decorate my cake. I used it to heat a pan to a temperature that I knew was flexible but didn't melt too much after working with the sugar for a while. I don't know if the temperature was there, but it was constant when I used it. We tested it at home and found it to be about the average setting on my thermostat. It's light so maybe it can break if you're rough or drop it hard enough, but I dropped it while I was awake making a cake and it didn't break. Maybe

Pros
  • Infrared thermometer
Cons
  • No automatic

As it is hot I decided to check how our air conditioning works. As my consumption is so high, we decided to purchase Helect's non-contact digital laser infrared thermometer for convenience. And boy are we happy. Read our observations of using the Helect thermometer. -- ACCURATE: I read that the difference between AC input and output must be at least 14 degrees Fahrenheit. I first put a ladder inside the house, climbed as high as I could to put an analogue thermometer at the entrance, and then…
