The best thing about this software is that it has an inbuilt database which helps to keep track of all the inmate details, their medical records, criminal history etc. It also keeps track of all the actions taken by the staff members. I dislike the fact that there are no options to add new fields or modify existing ones. This should be done as soon as possible. There are many other features which can be improved upon. I like that it has all of my inmate information stored in one database, so if an incident happens, or there's some sort of problem with their release date, etc., everything can be found at once. It also helps me keep track of inmates who have been released from other jails because they are being transferred out of this facility.
