I really like this tea infuser and would have given it five stars if it weren't for the poor stitching on the inner strainer. I didn't realize how bad the stitching was until I sponge washed the inside of the screen. This has thrown up poorly formed seam edges, which hasn't affected filter performance so far, but I think it's only going to get worse over time. I can only assume I accidentally got a bad one. This tea infuser is good for loose leaf tea that needs room to expand. I wouldn't mind if it was a bit wider as some of my gyokuro don't seem to hydrate properly.
