Iron Valley Square Contemporary Cabinet Review

I really love these closets. I wish there were more reviews for them because they are amazing! It was hard to find matte black hardware but then I found the perfect and affordable one. They are of good weight and easy to install. Perfect for our country kitchen! I will post a photo once our cabinets are painted.

Pleasantly surprised at the quality and beauty of this product! Very well made, very well presented, especially in the packaging. Not just thrown in a plastic bag, but carefully and individually wrapped in a beautiful box. As an interior designer and home builder, I have purchased equipment from high-end companies hundreds of times. This company has met and surpassed many of the hardware vendors I have worked with. I'm so happy I came across Iron Valley. My new favorite company!

I am a worker with big hands. I still love my elegance and durability in one sentence and these pens pack a punch. They look amazing and fit my sausage fingers perfectly. The durability is excellent. I bought 25 and 5 (need 30 total). Was so happy with how it looked until we started installing it. The holes were not evenly centered in any of the bars, so it was difficult to line them up using the template we made. The screws were too long. Half of the screws were hammered in so they could be cut off. The other half wasn't clogged so we had to buy some shorter metric screws to work with. A standard cabinet screw will not work with these cabinet knobs as they are all metric. For what we paid…

I bought this set of 5 fittings to replace 4 dresser handles. 3 of the pens were flawless and held up with no problems. 2 of the handles (3 of the 4 screw holes in between) had rusty threads and the screws wouldn't go in causing the screws to come loose. I soaked the threads in vinegar overnight (cuts rust) and still no luck the next day. I settled on a semi-perfect grip by putting some washers behind the head of the screw so I could get the screw halfway in and that allowed me to tighten it…

It's nice, but almost impossible to install. The threads are not exactly 4 inches apart and are not even the same on each handle. This means I have to enlarge the openings of the drawers compared to previous handles in order to apply enough force to actually align the screws with the threads. They come with 2 screws - one size is extra long and has marks for you to break them shorter and the other is medium length.
