Once set up, easy to use.

Plumbing work, tight valves on hose, tractor electrical system maintenance. Difficult to position as you need two hands to adjust the button to the gap. Once, however, she gaped. They are easier to use.

Pros
  • Quality construction
Cons
  • Expensive

Great big pliers!

These pliers have been working great for a few weeks now and I really like the push button slider. Since I've had these pliers, I haven't pulled any locks either. It was a successful purchase.

Pros
  • The best in their niche
Cons
  • Quick guide

Really good Best in pliers

Stays in place. Doesn't slip. So you're asking why I'm so tall. 1. You will have a lot of touqe with each size adjustment.2. You will never be able to replace the toilet damper body without this tool. Suitable for 3 inch nut. Ideal for installers

Pros
  • New
Cons
  • Something different

best pair of channel blockers i ever had

Yes, you read the title correctly. Now with a caveat. They feel great and work great but will last a long time. Unlike other channel locks, this one has a locking mechanism that may fail in the future, but for now. the best i have ever used

Pros
  • Dope 🔥
Cons
  • Negative Impression

I love these Irvin V-Handle Groove Clamp Pliers!

I like Irvin V-nose pliers with pinch grips - now I have a whole set from 6" to 12". that they are much better than conventional channel lock pliers.

Pros
  • cool product
Cons
  • weak

I quickly fall in love with all Irwin instruments.

Forget what you remember as the brand of tool referenced. IRWIN is quickly gaining popularity when looking for hand tools. While I don't feel like they have anywhere near enough tool selection to fully replace all of my hand tools, I think that's about to change. Having been innovators in the tool field for a very long time, they are still not the most popular brand. Maybe they should be. The original inventors of the iconic "pinch grip" are now owned by Stanely Black & Decker. Maybe that's…

Pros
  • Hands-free operation
Cons
  • Security

Best hand tool pliers

Great for all jobs. A great alternative to the popular German tongs. I've used them for everything from transporting metal cut from oxyfuel to removing and installing internal tie rods. Add a cheat bar. BOOM! Current Torque

Pros
  • ProTouch non-slip grips improve control and reduce hand fatigue
Cons
  • No power

Better than Channel Lock and Knipex

I got these a few days ago along with Channel Lock pliers and Knipex Cobra of about the same size to get. I return Channel Lock and Knipex. After using all three for a few days on a bathroom remodel and various other jobs including replacing a gas water heater, I preferred the Irwin Vice Grip pliers. They have less play than other pliers and hold exceptionally well, even when you have to pull out small studs when you have to use the very end of the pliers. Nothing beats other pliers, but I like

Pros
  • Press-n-Slide knob adjusts lower jaw position 2x faster than traditional pliers
Cons
  • No automatic
