🔪 Carbide Compression Diameter Cutting by JERRAY Review

These cutters are short lived. I did a production run on my CNC and within 50 parts it was boring. Other bits last 10 times longer.

Good quality and price. I ran it at 12,000 rpm and 100 ipm with a dip speed of 50 ipm on 3/4" case grade plywood in one pass as per the question and answer. Dipping at 50 is too slow, it burns the wood. The next time I used it I ran it at 18000 rpm, 200 ipm and a 100 dive worked great.

Shank not quite 0.25//Much smaller. Doesn't fit my collet. The bit will continue to slip even when tightened until it stops tightening. Maybe a few millimeters less, but those few millimeters make a big difference. Will not be used.

something looked promising, after half a day of use I found my projects were burning badly, the blades were becoming dull, I've never seen my projects burn with a new beater or even a very old one Second hand. I buy yonico here and other brands and they last quite a long time, from a few weeks to 3 months. This bit took half a day and cut out 3/4 of the maple and 1/2 of the birch ply. It's not good for me, but 2 stars for people who need it for a one-time use on a project.
