I bought this board on purpose because it said it contained a 1000 piece puzzle. As you can see from the picture, the board is too short and not wide enough to hold a 1000 piece puzzle. I hope they support their claim and send me one that actually contains the puzzle size they advertised. Why else would I spend so much money on something that is useless to me? Bought this item as a gift for my wife. It arrived just in time for Christmas, but when it opened design flaws were evident. One side of the handle came loose on the first pull and the other corner was torn. This appears to be due to a) the glue drying out, indicating poor warm keeping or an old product, as well as poor construction in general. Rose Home Fashion did a great job with this puzzle board. It was packaged nicely so it arrived safe and sound. I'm the jumbo size so it's not a small pack. I was also SO impressed to find that they even provided a perfectly sized tiny screwdriver to make installing the little drawer handles easy. This board is amazing. I live in a small apartment and it's difficult to find a place for a large puzzle.
