It was easy to install just had to play with the adapter rings a bit to get the right position on the stem. Depending on your stem, there aren't many up and down adjustments. Much more secure than the mounting strap used on a stem or handlebar. I have the metallic bronze and I love how it looks with my yeti carbon bike. I would definitely recommend this.

I have tried other Garmin mounts for Edge 1000 on my new Yeti but the new 35mm handlebar did not fit the 31mm mount for Garmin branded mounts. Switched to this which worked great as the Yeti comes with a 5mm extension ring at the top of the stem so the K-Edge mount just replaces it. Test driven 8km, everything stable. Appears to be well designed and quality materials.

I used a standard (cheap) Garmin handlebar mount for my Edge 520 and earlier models. Stumbled across it in the Polebike forum, bought it and installed it straight away, everything is great! Cleans the handlebars and puts the computer in the best place on the bike. Immediately bought another one for my wife's bike! I just wish there was a raised ring milled into the base to fit the stock hole. Now it's just a press fit when the stem bolt is tightened.

Works great with a Garmin Edge 520 on a Thomson stem. I used to use the Garmin headphones that came with GPS on my previous stem, but they didn't fit my new, shorter stem. I didn't want to put the mount in front of the grille as it would be pretty vulnerable in a collision. This works great for me. The adjustment in the middle allows you to set the desired angle and holds the GPS very well. Traveled with him for about 8 months, no complaints.

Now my Garmin 520 has suddenly disappeared from its mount several times. I was trying to install this stem mount adapter on my Garmin Edge 1030. A couple of issues that brought me back to Revain. I had an official 'Up Front' mount on both mountain bikes and on my first ride of the season (for me) I hit a fallen tree which someone added 'helpful'. I slipped out from behind a wooden ramp and actually hit a tree.
