Used on Highlander 2012

Instructions are clear and work as intended. The only problem is that there is rust after a year, but the discs and brakes still work like a champ after 2 years.

Pros
  • Ideal for outdoor activities
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.

Garbage can. The rotors are good

Pads rubbish. The rear pads are already metal on metal. I don't drive like a madman so there's no reason why the pads wear out so much in such a short time.

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • No instructions

Amazing performance even on a Toyota Highlander

Great product. The first time they sent the wrong brakes and immediately sent a replacement. They fit great and work with great results. They even give you instructions on how to properly break in the pads.

Pros
  • It's amazing
Cons
  • Hard to say

Cover sucks, rusts badly

So they're less than a year in the car and completely rusted, bought 18th August 2018, fitted a month later. The brakes failed and had to be replaced on my hybrid which has barely used the brakes in less than 20,000 miles. don't buy that.

Pros
  • Easy install
Cons
  • Good but not great

Spend a few more dollars! its worth it.

It's been 3 months and I'm impressed with how clean the pads/wheels are and how good the brakes are gripping. I'm not a mechanic but I do a lot of my own work. It's easy to install and very good quality. Would I buy again, absolutely. Maximum!

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • I'm writing back

Great upgrade! - Spare parts

The difference between these brakes and factory brakes is noticeably better. They came pretty much as advertised. The kit did not include replacement clips for the front pads, but replacements were provided for the remaining clips. Despite this, the quality is still fantastic enough to warrant 5 stars. Perfect fit for my 2008 Highlander.

Pros
  • Satisfied so far
Cons
  • There are new competitors

Those brake pads are terrible. The rotors appear to be fine.

After a year and a half of numerous attempts to bleed and replace, grease and re-grease all the metal parts, I decided to replace the pads after seeing a review of this Z23 Pads on YouTube. I replaced the green with EBC and everything changed immediately. Without changing the rotors and bleeding the brakes (rear inserted pistons), the brakes feel amazing. Z23 pads are terrible in my opinion.

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • Cable is shorter than other picks

Great product for high quality pads and rotors

Great product at a great price. Suggest to go to Power Stop website and look at burglary procedure. If you haven't already installed brakes on your car, watch the YouTube tutorial for a good guide. Overall a relatively easy install with better than dealer seals and for less money. I prefer to swap out the rotors rather than sharpen them as I don't expect the hardware used to turn the rotors to be as accurate as new and this is a very good choice.

Pros
  • Certified
Cons
  • Having trouble

Saved $800 installing these brakes instead of going to the dealer

Hi, just wanted to let people know about my recent experience with my '09 Highlander. My dealer told me that at 67,000 miles my front brakes/rotors were almost in need of replacement and would cost about $700 including labor. I didn't feel any shaking, but I had to press a little harder to slow down appropriately. I searched the internet for alternatives and came across this package. Shipping cost: $310 including front and back. I looked at a very helpful thread on installing brakes and decided

Pros
  • solid construction
Cons
  • no automatic
