I really enjoyed using this as I regularly carry my Beagle in my top loading daypack. It arrived tonight and I put it in, zipped it up, fastened the clips and my husband put it on my back. The minute his weight shifted, the Flash collapsed. The rest of the pack is made of good materials, but that zipper is so weak it can't handle even a small shift in weight. He's 21 pounds and rides 7-8 miles on my back in my other pack (so he's used to it and not struggling). I am returning the package.

Great dog carrier. My dog weighs 29 pounds and fits perfectly in this backpack.
