Cons
  • The bag may not have a quick-release mechanism for easy access to gear

So glad I purchased!

I bought this for a family vacation in Florida. We all put our phones, ear buds, and various other items in it every time we were at the beach or pool. It protected everything from water and sand and it was easy to carry. I liked how you could use it like an over the shoulder sling or Judy having at your side.Great value and very happy with this purchase!

Pros
  • Easy Operation and Cleaning: Just put your gear in bag, grab top woven tape and roll down tightly 3 to 6 times and then plug buckle to complete seal, whole process is very quick. Dry sack is easy to wipe clean due to its smooth surface.
Cons
  • The bag may be too stiff and uncomfortable to wear, thus leading to discomfort or pain

Super versatile best in my review

I have a bunch of these. I use them for paddle boarding and for dog food storage while camping or traveling. They work great, no worries of key fobs or phones getting wet; no weird oily leaks from dog food and can store scoop, bowl, and treats all in one (dog resistant) spot. I'm sure there are plenty more uses and I'll buy more as I discover them.

Pros
  • Sports
Cons
  • The bag may not have enough grip or traction for easy handling

Waterproof dry bag best in my review

Bag seems very durable and sturdy. We didn't end up getting it wet, so can't vouch for water resistant. Thanks for attention.

Pros
  • Tarpaulin
Cons
  • The bag may not be able to withstand heavy rainfall without leaking

Durable. Love the backpack-like straps. Not see-through.

I bought this dry bag because I went on a rafting trip for a day. There were 5 rafts & we all had streaming water guns which were heavily used & much water spilled onto the floor of the raft. The dry bag sloshed around in water most of the day. I had turned the top flaps over several times & secured the two end snaps. At the end of the day there wasn't a lot of water that seeped in, but it was enough to have dampened the contents if I had not secured the contents with a garbage bag inside which

Pros
  • Lightweight and easy to carry, even when filled with gear
Cons
  • The bag may not have a non-slip grip for easy handling

Does What it's supposed to do!

Took it on a boating trip and was surprised at how much it you could pack into it. Also, while on said boating trip, I took a chance to test it's waterproofness and ability to float. I dropped it in the lake and sure enough it floated. I then dragged it behind the boat a little bit and when I reopened the back to check the contents everything was still dry!

Pros
  • Imported
Cons
  • The bag may not come with a warranty or guarantee of durability

Great Dry Bag - my new review

I bought this bag for the purpose of floating the Guadalupe River. It worked great! I was able to put a towel, t-shirt, snacks, and my cell phone in the bag. And still had room to spare. Everything stayed dry. I would buy again.

Pros
  • Available in a variety of sizes to fit your specific needs
Cons
  • The bag may not be able to withstand impacts or drops without tearing

Gets Dragged Through The Water

My kayak doesn't have a dry storage compartment, so even though I only take day trips on calm rivers (class I and II), a dry bag was absolutely a necessity. All three times I've used this bag, I've had dry clothes, my car key, lunch, and a small waterproof liuch with my phone inside. Two of those three times, I hit the bag with my paddle and the bag wound up getting dragged in the water for at least a few yards before I grabbed it. Everything inside was bone dry.Read the instructions! Roll it…

Pros
  • Offers peace of mind knowing your gear is safe and dry
Cons
  • The bag may not have enough space for food and drinks on multi-day trips

Useful item for a Cruise

We bought this for our recent Caribbean Cruise. We used it taking towels and other items to the beach, and we took it on an all-day kayaking excursion. Ihe 20 Liter worked great for carrying a change of clothes each for me and husband [2 underwear, 2 t-shirts & 2 shorts], plus a large towel, his cell phone and wallet and a few snacks. I placed my phone inside a waterproof protector in order to take photos and video clips. I have attached a screen shot from a little video I took where you can…

Pros
  • Waterproof Guarantee: Solid roll-top closure system provides secure watertight seal. Keeps your gear dry in any wet situation where the bag is not fully submerged. Protects your valuables from water, snow, mud and sand.
Cons
  • The seams may not be sealed, thus leading to water seepage

All were good until this one. UPDATE: Changed to 5 stars!

UPDATE: I want to give an update to my review to let buyers know how Marchway handled my initial concern. The day after I posted my review here stating a possible manufacturing defect, Stephan from Marchway reached out and offered to send another 40L dry bag free of charge. I emailed him a couple pictures of the defective bag and was quickly notified that a replacement bag was on the way. The new bag arrived defect-free. This is an example of EXCELLENT customer service! It's nice to see some…

Perfect for the lake, jet skiing, and more!

We used this on a recent trip where we were jet skiing and it was perfect! Kept our phones, sunscreen, and more dry and in a safe place. It is small enough to fit in most containers or you can also clip to a life vest if you don't have a place to store it. Worked great! Will be using in the future for lake and beach trips.

Pros
  • ‎0.73 Kilograms
Cons
  • The bag may not be able to withstand harsh UV rays without discoloration or fading

Perfect for Canoe Trip

We recently went on a 3 day canoe trip. We had two of these bags, one 40L and one 30L. This bag worked beter than anticipated. We used the larger to store our food in, and the smaller one was used by a friend as his clothing bag. Part of the trip involved portaging around a dam. The straps and handles on the bags made carrying them easy. They are durable and comfortable to use.Not only did the bags keep the items inside dry while on the river, but one night we had a strong storm come through…

Pros
  • Easy to clean and maintain, simply wipe it down with a damp cloth
Cons
  • The bag may not be able to withstand prolonged exposure to saltwater without corroding

Cross Country Gear Bags

We bought these for my son’s cross country team and added white vinyl to label them. They tuned out great and the athletes use them all the time. I love that they are backpacks, too, and keep all their gear dry! Very practical, yet trendy,

Pros
  • Durable and Compact: Made from ripstop tarpaulin with sturdy welded seam which is designed for years usage, tear, rip and puncture proof. Perfect for almost any extreme adventure you can imagine.
Cons
  • The bag may not have a waterproof pocket for storing valuables

Not completely waterproof, but does it's job!

I took this on a Boundary Waters trip with another of the same bag but larger. We used the smaller one as a food bag and our friends had it in their canoe when they tipped at a particularly rough portage near rapids. It floated and was bright enough for us to see to grab it. It had some water inside but not enough to ruin the contents. We also didn't roll it super tight. Definitely served it's purpose!

Pros
  • ‎Unisex
Cons
  • The bag may not have reflective detailing for safety in low light conditions
