So disappointed after only two batches of jam in a row. Two rust spots on the can rack and a few hard water spots on the inside of the pot base. After removing that giant label through trial and error, I looked forward to using this tin when my tomatoes were done. It has to be higher to allow an inch of water above the jars and when I used the liter jars today the lid didn't close well and the water splattered everywhere. I had to drain some of the boiling water but it still splattered and messed up my glass oven and floor.
