normal tool. Nothing special.

The ratchet direction change levers are incredibly small. It cannot be switched on with gloves. In addition, lubrication straight out of the box was required due to stuck gears. Otherwise it is a normal tool. It's worth it if it's $10 cheaper.

For the price there are better alternatives.

Feels good and is durable. But it had to be lubricated right out of the box, many metal parts were not cleaned from production. I have a lot of Klein's and I was hesitant and excited to buy this one, for the price I expected a little more from Klein.
