An improvement over regular pliers

Well, first of all, if you don't have a pair of these tools, buy them. Much less of a hassle than regular pliers and instead works 90% of the time. Pros: * Good grip * Much less risk of crushing * Fairly comfortable to hold in hand Cons: * Slight play in design. Sturdy enough but room for improvement* Hard. Wrenches, not pliers

These are not pliers; they do not replace a matching canal blocking forceps. They're really more like self-adjusting wrenches. Doubtful by Power & Hand Tools

This replaced an old set of the same pliers that I couldn't figure out how to lock. They're a little tricky to block, but it's possible. The lock seems a bit flimsy so it may not hold. The bad news is they were covered in oil/grease! I tried drying it with paper towels, which turned black with grease. I had to put them in plastic bags before putting them in the kitchen drawer to keep the black grease from getting on everything in the drawer. These are probably great pliers, but I have to pay…

  • I have no bad feelings about this, everything is fine
