Repaired three 'new' gas cylinders and I was able to throw away the designed safety caps, resulting in spilling more gas than I could handle. This spout redesign came about because lawyers sued the company for being stupid.

Only the federal government could take something as simple as a damn gas canister and make it so difficult to protect the world's idiots. This product is overpriced in my opinion but it restores sanity. Fits perfectly.

These gas bottle nozzles are very stiff and will not flex. I used one this morning to prep my blower and when I tied it to bend it to fit the hole it broke. The only way to bend the other 2 is to soak them in hot water. Even after cooling to room temperature I broke another one trying to bend it. I'm on one now. These spouts are useless.

I don't know why replacement fuel filler necks have become not only very expensive but also so overly complicated that they are difficult to use and often don't want to actually meter fuel! This is a good old atomizer that works well! It doesn't have any of the new safety features that store bought attachments seem to require, but I have to say I never sense any danger!

Parts do not match. The spout's locking screw doesn't fit because the end of the spout is too big and NOT even threaded! The loop broke immediately and the spout came out with a bang. Parts were missing, the support websites I found for installation and support information were broken. The spout was too short and difficult to get into the car's gas tank. I need to buy another set to bring the old glasses back to life. For my three brand new cans from my local hardware store, I had to add a few extra bells and whistles. I attached string to the cap and neck so I don't lose the caps (I used weed-eating string for this feature). I added a vent hole so you can pour properly. Don't buy! These gas bottle changers are not only too expensive, they also leak like water through a spaghetti strainer. I replaced the four gas cylinder safety jets with these and they went on very easily with no problems. This great little kit has everything you need to disassemble modern jerry cans. And people say the government is here to help us. Politics aside, the yellow screw tops are different from the black ones (three per set) so it's safe to say wherever you buy the jar you're getting a working replacement. .
