Do not use power and hand tools

The stop itself is fine. The problem lies in stability and accuracy. You cannot tighten this locking block enough unless there is a sideways deflection. I like the flip up feature. I ended up having to send mine back as it was unusable.

Pros
  • Everything is fine!
Cons
  • Security

Too short to be effective

Fur everything is fine. I've used it on my bucking jig but the arm is so short it's unrealistic. It's only 2 1'2 so add the rail and your back gauge should be about 2 inches. That is not much. I just use a clamp instead, a little disappointed.

Pros
  • Excellent price
Cons
  • There are nuances

Too short. for jigs

I bought this to ride on a table saw carriage. However, for this to work, the guardrail is limited to a height of about 2.5 inches. Apparently my saw blade gets to a larger size and cuts the T-bar in half (and therefore the carriage). So, my fence is too tall for this to work. I'll try using it on my miter saw table, but bottom line, it's too short (and expensive).

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Not all will fit

Works for most applications

This is a quality mount for my table saw carriage, but nothing goes exactly as planned. I made my slide with a 3.5 inch guard so I can cut thicker pieces. The steering limiter installed on my top Kreg rail sits about 1" above the base of the slide and is too high to work properly with a 3/4" shank. I need to add a piece of material to lower the fence. Nothing bad, but aggravation.

This is best done in Jig Accessories

I've never been a fan of Kreg products because of their price; However, I now have about 5 Kreg items. I think 32€ for this article is too much. Couldn't understand why it cost so much. Until the letter came. I hate to say it, but as soon as you open the package, "Oh, that's why it's $32." I justified my money. I also ordered a track and thought the same about the price but again. arrrr. you get your money I still don't intend to make it a habit, but the Kreg clips I've bought are good value…

Incredible flexibility - high quality

I set up a production cutting station using a Milwaukee miter saw, a homemade guard rail and a few of these stops. They work great! The joints have no play (when properly adjusted) and can be easily removed if necessary. I have four of these in predetermined locations on my fence and it saves me tons of time and costly mistakes. These things come with 2 great features: first, it has a "break" area that allows you to use these stops on both tall and short fences; Secondly, they can be mounted to

Kreg-Flip Stop Best in Power & Hand Tools

I recently built a miter cutter and installed a Kreg guide at the top of the fence. I placed the flip stop on the left (my most used side) and the stop block on the right. Both the flip stop and the stop block work very well as a stop block. It's so easy to use with a tape measure to reduce your measurements. However, the flipstop has a 1/4 inch offset for the cursor. While the stop block offset is 3/8 inch for the cursor? Why? They must be the same. So I had to add flip-stop tape to the left…

Pros
  • GOLS Certified
Cons
  • Requires Socket

Track and stopper are excellent products

I am very happy with my Kreg tracker and stopper system. Installing a miter saw with stop system is a must in my opinion. The old tape measure/pencil mark/trace mark and cut method is such a waste of time that I'm amazed when I see builders doing it. Do you need 8 cripples of 33 inches? Set your stroke and chop as fast as you can. And they will be perfect. I've been using Beismeyer stops for 10 years and they work well. But they're so proud of their little stopper that looks like it was made in
