UPDATE May 26, 2018: After a complaint here and via email, the company has moved much faster. My third complaint was responded to immediately. I sawed off the broken lock, sent them a photo and they quickly rushed to a replacement which arrived the next day. So I've raised my rating to 4 stars. Important Edit: This chain is heavy, the lock is thick and the whole package is bulky. I bought this with a 4ft 10mm Kryptonite cable so add that to the total.
