Single cylinder electronic deadbolt operates by keypad or key outside and thumb turn inside, fits door thickness of 1-3/8 in. to 1-3/4 in. Alarm sounds after 5 consecutive entries and the keypad is deactivated for 45 seconds. Includes an adjustable latch to fit all standard door preparations.

"Effortless Security for Your Home

As someone who values safety and convenience, this electronic lock from a trusted brand in Tools and Home Improvement has got it all covered. Based on my experience, it offers seamless keyless entry and exit and the sleek design blends well with my contemporary home. Disappointed with Electronic Lock

Based on my observations, this lock is not worth the price. While it was easy to install with basic Tools and Home Improvement skills, the lock consistently malfunctioned... The pros were the sleek and contemporary design but that was overshadowed by the cons of the lock frequently becoming unresponsive and requiring a reset. Save yourself the frustration and look for a more reliable lock in the Door Hardware & Locks category of Hardware..

I read some mixed reviews about this product which made me nervous about buying it at first but I have only had positive results. I bought it for my parents house. They come and go a lot and we kids stop etc and I thought it would be a fun gift that they would never buy but would be delighted. I bought the product and it arrived in 2 days via Prime.
