Arrived quickly and served its purpose. Really good leveling system, reliable and doesn't need attention like swimmers sometimes need. So far I have been very happy with the performance of this product.

I made a french drain at the back of the house where water stays after heavy rain. I connected this pump to the water collector at the end of the line. Spent the exit to the front of the underground house. fixed the problem. Turns on automatically only when needed.

Comes with accessories for easier installation and use. Set it to automatic, put the pump in the sump, turn it on and forget it. When the tank is full, the pump turns on, pumps the water to the lowest point, and turns off. Repeat as needed.

Having trouble priming, starting the pump without turning it sideways to activate, obviously there is an airlock and the manual says there is an airlock hole. I can't find any of the bottom holes if anyone can send me a spec. Sheet where it is actually on the pump, I can't find it?

Product works great really cool but the automatic float switch stopped working after a day. I gave the pump a little shake and it worked again, but then stopped. the next day and now it's either on or off, i have to plug it in or unplug it to work. There is no longer an automatic shutdown.

The pump is a decent size and lets through a lot of water which connects to the drain hose but the float switch is hot shit. Judging by the way, a more reliable and even adjustable float switch could easily be made. For what I use it for, it's more suited to longer work cycles.

This product is good to use, it just doesn't come with extensions so what you see isn't really what you get. I saw it in the hanging picture pumps water. The demo makes it look like you're buying the full kit. It borders on false advertising but is a good product nonetheless, one only needs to purchase additional products for the product to be worth considering, especially during the daytime hours. I ran this pump a few minutes after it arrived on a flooded patio. Bought specifically because of the auto shut off. The pump actually worked fine pumping water out of my patio. I like hose nozzles. I was able to attach my garden hose quickly. You can also connect larger hoses. Unfortunately, the automatic shutdown does not work. So I'm not in any better shape than I was before I bought it. I liked the description because it was submersible and suitable for dirty water. As the written instructions are terrible, the garden hose didn't fit, but it turned out the adapter was still in the box. It works sporadically well when the suction is on. But many times the engine has run without water intake. You have to turn it off and on several times, check if the hose is tightened. Switch to automatic mode and hope it works after 6 inches of water. Or hope it will start sucking as the water…
