Don't try to save pennies. Just buy it!

I have been buying small coils for my welder for a long time. I usually buy what is cheap. Never again! This Lincoln wire welds a lot better than the cheap ones. Cleaner welds and less spatter. As the saying goes, you get what you pay for.

Pros
  • Cool product
Cons
  • Weight

best flux core you can get

this is the best flux core you can buy, i have tried several other brands and they have more spatter and do not run smooth like lincoln wire. This NR-211 MP makes my little MIG look like a brand new car and the beads look great. worth every penny.

Pros
  • good thing
Cons
  • volume

Excellent wire: Welder

I admit that I have no professional training and little experience, but I can easily see a noticeable difference in the ease of use and quality of welds with this wire. compared to HF wire. i am sold So sold, just ordered a second roll for this pipe fencing project. I like this wire very much.

Pros
  • One year trial
Cons
  • I will add later

Great product but a bit expensive.

I used the cheaper Blue Demon flux cored wire which is a lot cheaper but sprays like crazy. I decided to try the Lincoln flux core and damn what a difference. It runs very quietly and has much less spatter. I know you pay for what you get. In general, I like everything except the price.

Pros
  • GOLS certified
Cons
  • Some issues

Good running wire suitable for welders

I missed the reel in the picture on a Miller Aead Legend 200 with a Hobart Hefty CC/CV wire feeder which I had never used so I only have that Initial guess the settings. I also had problems with .035 wire with a .045 tip, so the wire danced a bit (ordered new tips). From what I've seen before this is a good running wire and will be really good once everything I have is optimized for it.

Pros
  • Best in niche
Cons
  • New competitors

I think this is the best wire for all conditions. Works great on galvanized steel with much less spatter than other wires, also great on rusty metal, gives excellent single pass results on all metals, if you want professional results recommend a larger wire feed welder that can use larger diameter wire. I use a 135 amp, 120 volt welder which I have no problem making a few trailers, bumpers and truck bodies out of 3/16 to 1/4 inch steel. .

Pros
  • Fast Freezing Properties
Cons
  • Thin

Good product, bad marks

Haven't welded much with this tool but so far it's working exactly as expected. My only disappointment was the lack of clear product information. Much of what was on the outer box was small and illegible, having been slapped along the way. I should have marked (or photographed) the label on the roll better, but I wasn't impressed with the readability or the content on it. And only one side of the spool was labeled - since it's installed in my splicer, the label is on the back, so I don't have…

Pros
  • Nice looking weld and bead
Cons
  • Not as thick as other picks

Exactly the same wire from a DIY or welding store

This is the exact same wire you would buy at a hardware/welding store. Original Lincoln wire with more wire. To replace it, don't pull on the remaining wire in the hose and throw it away, just pull an inch from the gun tip and thread the new wire through the hose. That way the new wire will push the remaining wire into the tube so you can make an extra weld instead of throwing away the 6 or so feet of wire. For HD Lincoln welders this inner shield wire is the way to go, the cheaper ones on the…

Pros
  • Model number: ED016354
Cons
  • Cord is shorter than other picks
