The Lincoln Passive Helmet fits great although it's a little heavier than I would like. I bought it as a spare and because it has a cheat lens holder. Happy with it so far.

I like it except for the plastic shield in front of the glass. Haven't used it yet but I hope it holds up. It came with extra spare parts but I hope it doesn't change every time I weld.

The Viking Passive Welding Helmet is a great helmet/hood for intermittent welding and perhaps as a safety net for professionals. Great comfort and field of view, and nodding your head hands-free works great. Shade 11 is excellent for MIG or MMA welding. The headband is adjustable, as is the tension. A welding helmet (also a Lincoln Electric) that I had for almost 20 years finally broke beyond my ability to repair. I usually weld 1 or 2 times a month so I didn't see a need to spend money on an auto-dimming helmet. I was surprised how hard it is to find a good helmet without auto dimming.
