Good for the price. As for "submersible " I'm not sure.

A lot of goods for the money. Copper plated aluminum wiring. The light is bright and subtle. The "submersible" claim looks dubious - the holes through which the wires enter the cases are not sealed, and there are additional open holes in the cases. Maybe the internals are waterproof, but it doesn't look like it, and the cases don't open.

Pros
  • GOLS certificate
Cons
  • Poor instructions

These lightweight lenses pop out in a day! CAUTION

These lights are of very poor quality, the lens only has a small tab that doesn't really hold the lens. I was driving my trailer on a bumpy road. The lens popped out and the lights hanging from the wires looked like they were bulging. These lights do not have a screw holding the lens. Like the old traditional lamps. Quality these days has gone to the wayside side or that (waste) side. ATTENTION TO THE BUYER!

Pros
  • This is amazing
Cons
  • I have no negative feelings about it, everything is fine

You won't be disappointed with this trailer lighting kit.

. It has an interchangeable wiring harness for the entire trailer. The wire is copper and thicker than the one on my pendant. It comes with cable tees, trailer clips to hold the cable and of course trailer lights. This is a quality set that has everything you need. It even has 4 red and white reflective strips that can be attached to the trailer frame.

Pros
  • . High marks for support and durability from testers.
Cons
  • . Low repairability.

Buyers beware of external accessories

I installed the kit according to the instructions. This is the basic boat trailer wiring diagram. I checked the previously made connection to the car and found power. After I mounted the headlights on the trailer, they didn't work at all. Powering the headlights directly showed that some of the headlights were not working. I asked for a replacement kit but I am skeptical about the result. The best I can guess is that some of the bulbs are not working and there is a short in the wiring. This…

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.

Bright light, works underwater, use tape

I followed the instructions and it was easy to install. The wire that came with it was the same gauge as the old wires (good or bad). I have a closed frame so I glued the new wires to the old ones and pulled them through front to back. One taillight was dimmer than the other, but that was due to poor grounding where the light plate bolts to the trailer; not the fault of the kit. I grounded to the light mounting screw on the mounting plate, not the trailer itself. I tightened it to improve the…

Pros
  • Easy install
Cons
  • Almost never
