Travel trailer drives better.

It took me a little longer to install than I've read about others. I like the way the Travel Trailer drives now. You look good too!

Pros
  • Ideal for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Compatibility

Bad product with no quality control.

You tighten the two screws so tight that the two levers don't even move as intended. The bracket holding the two levers bends inward. The rubber bushing is the wrong size. Not even. One is bigger than the other. It looks like there is no quality control before shipping their product.

Pros
  • Easy installation
Cons
  • Wrinkled packaging

Quality product, poor customer service

Quality product, good welds. However, this is not the size I wanted and Lippert's customer service is poor - after giving the rep all the information requested, including dimensions and serial numbers, I was told the item would fit my tag. This equaflex is huge! Much more than existing equipment - maybe it will fit on a dump truck or something.

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!

Poor Quality: Axle Tools

I don't understand why trailer owners would put up with the inferior components offered by Lippert. In any other application, this would not be acceptable. Lippert applied such high torque to the bottom two bolts that the metal housing visibly and permanently buckled inward, preventing the intended movement of both fork arms. Also, those two pivoting bolts are held in place by such high torque. An attempt to speak with Lippert's support was unsuccessful.

Epic Transformation.

I installed this on my trailer along with the Dexter Axle Flip Kit and Never Fail Mount Kit. The end result is a gorgeous looking trailer that rides a million times better than the factory, even though I increased the ride height by 6 inches (I also installed 4K springs instead of the 3K springs my trailer originally had and is sagging). I will try to post before and after photos. When driving on the highway, the speed is very even, but learns in curves. When driving through town to shops or…

Used, with damaged frame and unsuitable sockets!

Ready to upgrade the trailer suspension! These Equa-Flex EQ tags arrived a day early! I opened the first box, then the second (stapled), then the damaged original box! If you send used defective parts at full price, I honestly order them from another company. These hangers are intended to be supplied with six disassembled Lippert bushes which must not be lubricated. nope came with "wet" bushings already nailed on. The link arms must rotate freely and move relative to the rubber bushings. One is

Limit Finish

First let me say that CSR Lippert did NOT help me determine what to order. It was obvious that the Road Armor stabilizers I had my eye on weren't going to work. I was told that Lippert makes a product for wide wheel tandem trailers like ours. This is an Equa-Flex adjustable truck kit. However, at first glance, the Lippert reps pushed me towards an axle manufacturer who had no idea how to help me with a foreign product. Lippert then had me crawl under the van and photograph the leaf springs and…
