Bad soldering

Terrible solder. It reacts to heat like lead-free solder without rosin. I don't think there is rosin in it. Very difficult to solder

Pros
  • Soldering and soldering equipment
Cons
  • Can't remember

Received the goods on a broken spool

The goods came to me on a broken spool. The packaging looked ok but when I unpacked it the spool was broken. The product works well but the packaging could be improved. A broken coil will affect how well the product is stored and used. Dissatisfied.

Pros
  • Solder and flux
Cons
  • Communication with the seller

Doesn't flow like rosin solder

I tried using it like other rosin solder but it didn't seep into the joint. He just stood there like he needed flow. I went back and got my leftover old solder to finish the job I couldn't with that solder. I'm returning it but the only option I was given was to replace the exact same solder which I can't use. So either give me my money back or choose another solder with rosin flux in the core.

Pros
  • Tools and housewares
Cons
  • Cord is shorter than other picks

Don't use it for anything important. Use it in glorious abundance.

Let's face it, this Chinese solder is TERRIBLE. Inconsistent smelting, slightly oversized, doubtful 60/40 and made from a traceless number of imprisoned Uyghurs. It's good for one thing and exceptional at it: turn the iron all the way around and toss half a roll into something at a time. Whether it's splicing 4AWG wires that really need crimping, merging bus bars to comply with electrical codes, or reshaping hoverboard 18650 batteries, use this solder for non-sensitive applications that require

Pros
  • Welding and Soldering
Cons
  • It's OK
