This collar is well made and designed for tough use. Make no mistake, this will be Commander Cody's collar for the rest of his life. My only complaint, like most other collars, is that the holes are 1 inch apart. How difficult would it be for manufacturers to drill a few more holes in their product so we can get an exact match for our "best friends"?

After a few days of wearing, my dog was so itchy because the collar is too heavy and is pressing on the mole. Also, the smell of the chemicals was very strong, too strong for me to smell even now. The collar is well made and beautiful. But I can't recommend it because of the smell. I would suggest posting a note so customers know when the smell wears off.

This collar is not what it seems. it was a complete failure. As you can see from the photos, the collar is too wide for my terrier's small neck - it fits a German Shepherd or an Irish Wolfhound better. The color seems bright, saturated, almost like Hermes orange, and in fact it is completely matte. So I ordered a small/orange collar and got a huge boring looking collar with an orange color.

This particular collar is unlike others in the same category. We have ordered the same collar before, but in a different colour. We thought the only difference would be the color. It's not like this. When I opened the box I had the immediate feeling that the collar was genuine leather, not a fake. The fit for my 67 lb dog was perfect with one more adjustment hole. I liked that there were 2 loops for the extra part of the collar. This held the excess part of the collar in place so it wouldn't stick out. I ordered pink as my black dog is a girl. The second loop is the most important feature of this collar. I have another Logical Leather collar for another dog but it doesn't have a second belt loop to hold the excess and the collar will likely need to be replaced in a few years. However, this one will probably last my dog VERY long just because of that second cycle.
