Overall the packaging is very good but the bracket that comes with the cable needs to be attached to the air intake but it doesn't work with the Edelbrock Performer series air intake that I have . I had to make some changes to make it work.

Would be nice if it didn't break right away. For the price you pay it shouldn't break. It was cheap and when I tightened the screw there was a bang. I didn't care. I used a factory spec torque wrench and it broke before I received the spec.

I installed this on a BOPC TH350 that I connected to a 1965 Buick 300 cid (310 Wildcat) and thought it might be short as the standard cable was about 4" too long, but it actually fitted perfectly. The bracket sat right on top of the last 2 header bolts on the driver's side and the loop connected to the Edelbrock carburetor at the perfect length. Lots of plug and play.

I installed this kit on a 66 Impala with a 327 Gen 1, Street Warrior intake and 600cfm Holley carburetor and TH350 drivetrain. The cable looks short but fits perfectly. I had to sand the bracket a bit to match the intake castings, but other than that it bolted on and loose. Plenty of room to adjust and it fits perfectly under the throttle. Yes, it's a little pricey, but the simplicity and cleanliness of the install make it worth it. Much better than "universal fit" cables that look like…
