Great for baseball practice

Purchased in 2012, still in use in 2019. Coached youth baseball for five years. Used this for practice. I gave it to my neighbor after my kids stopped playing baseball. He's using it now. Two things to note: #1 It's not as accurate as a regular serve machine, but it does provide a general area for the ball to travel, making it useful for younger players by offering different pitches and older helps. Trainers with bad shoulders. #2: Buy longer bottom spikes. I had to step on the base of the…

It's worth it! good for sport

This is the same car he played in our local city league, I bought it and a home plate and balls, assembled the car when it arrived, set it up and with the practice started, he has improved his throwing skills after the first weekend with it, it has a wide adjustment range to control the speed and arc of the throw, even used it for field training from ground to flying balls, I've even used it to max Set throwing speed and I've hit a few balls from it, great machine with in terms of design and…

Great for baseball players

Last week I took my 12 year old son to practice at the local high school. I realized that my transmissions weren't perfect. Some were balls, some were too low, and one or two almost hit him. With this feeder, the same feed is thrown every time. Speed, height or field type can be adjusted. You can use it not only for training, but also for catching flying balls, ground balls and also for ball and ball games with your dog. Loading the ball into the machine is extremely easy, launching the ball is

Best Sport Buy I've Ever Made

We've got nets, targets, tools and everything you need for off-season training. This is by far the best purchase I've ever made. In an hour we can do more repetitions than he usually does in training. We've used him in the ball cage and also on the practice pitch, I've picked up the speed and he's hitting the ball faster than any other boy that pitched last season. The machine doesn't have perfect accuracy, so they still have to watch and judge the ball. The only thing I doubt is the speed, but

Accurate and efficient - lightweight flutes are a must

I have a Blue Flame in the trunk of my Camry. Not sure how it fits in there with room for other things, but it does. I've always been notoriously wild at the mound, and once I started coaching my kids' team and throwing a few kids, I knew I needed another option. I wanted to try this out before spending any money on Juggs and I'm very glad I did. I keep about 12 Lite Flight balls mixed up in a bucket of regular balls and it really keeps the caged kids busy. You should focus on whether a 60-mile

Great product, great price!

Could have shipped to Germany via Revain Global Shipping (we can't buy similar items in sporting goods stores here) and it would be worth every extra euro for international shipping and all customs fees (final price: 240, €00 / $295.00) The machine is mainly used for fishing with the eldest son (12 years old) and batting with the youngest (9 years old). This is a one piece item made from metal and durable plastic parts with a simple but effective mechanism. Assembling the well packaged parts…

Holy cow, that's great. Buy it!

It's a simple contraption but brilliantly designed: easy to assemble, accurate, easy to set up, light weight, can be used (with difficulty) by a 9 year old, very portable, (most) parts can simply exchanged for the hardware store version. What's not to like? Excuse the expression, but this product is a home run. He's incredibly accurate. I can get him to smack the plate a few times. But you have to contribute, and it took me an hour to learn that. First, make sure to use the included mud spikes…

My son couldn't be happier

Don't trust reviewers who say micro-adjustments lead to wild variations. If you give yourself a few minutes to get used to the machine, you'll find that you can sharpen it to get into the hitting zone consistently. This could mean adjusting the distance from the starting plate or using a micro-adjustment to raise or lower the ball where it is held on the throwing arm. And all you need is small left or right hand taps from half an inch on the back foot to make horizontal adjustments from 6…
