I got this one as a friend's mom let me borrow hers and it worked great on my hair. I use straighteners to curl my hair. Came in good packaging, arrived quickly, had glove with it and hair clips. Only complaint is that you have to turn up the temp more; I have to put it on 410 degrees whereas with other straighteners I don't think I had to turn up that high.

I think my hair is too thick and curly for this straightener. I had it on its highest temp and it still took like 4 or 5 run through to get straight. Then I kept having to wait for it to heat up again.

I previously had a hot tools flat iron, which cost about 4x as much as this one and never worked as well. I am amazed at the quality of this, especially at that price. It definitely compares (and is equal or better than) Chi or Hot Tools, which cost a lot more. I don't use the clips or glove, but the bag is awesome. You can put the iron in it when it's hot, which for someone like me who gets ready at the gym in the morning, is a huge time saver.

The whole time I was straightening my hair the flat iron kept losing its heat and was continuously trying to heat back up. I let it sit and warm up for quite a while before using it.

We bought this primarily for its ability to manage both 110 and 220 volts. My wife has had single voltage flat irons that have caused issues when traveling, one burning itself up and another frying my step down converter. This flat iron is great if you like to add more curl while straightening. It is easy to maneuver and is lightweight. The cord is super long, so I used a twist tie to loop some of the into a more manageable length. I especially like the pointed ends which help straighten the the fine hairs around my temples and close to my ears. This iron works better for me than an another larger iron I purchased that cost three times the price of the Lovani.

Loved the shape, and how close to the scalp you could get because of how its curved at the tips. Unfortunately, this iron pulls hair while you use it and doesn't get as hot as my other irons. The playes also do not completely come together, so it is hard to get a good hold on the hair while you are passing it through. Had to return it.

I absolutely love this straightener! This is truly the best flat iron I've ever owned. It doesn’t pull on my hairs when I use it to straighten or curl which is amazing! It also doesn’t get stuck halfway through the section of hair I’m curling so I don’t have weird kinks in my hair. Absolutely recommend!

This flat iron gets super hot so be sure to use the glove provided. It glides smoothly. My hair is very thick therefore I need to do it in small sections which takes a long time. I like using this flat iron

I love this flat iron and I've known quite a few. It has replaced my T3 because the tapered ends allow me to add the right amount of bend to my bangs and create flips or waves that stay. I love this flat iron! At first I was a little sckeptical because of course every flat iron is great but this one really left my hair shiny healthy looking great. I had minimal hair damage because lets be real sometimes a few hairs are left in the sink and all I put in my hair prior was a heat protectant. This iron left my hair salon straight which is the best. I would most definitely recommend this to everyone trying to get that salon look on a budget.

Contrary to other reviews, this didn't do anything but burn my hair. I have used CHI and even in a pinch, Revlon. This iron looks good but did not straighten my thin, 'mixed chick' hair. I think it is the lack of quality plates. Wish I could return!

So excited to get this so quickly .everything I wanted, insulated travel case ,good price extra clip and a glove. As soon as I took it out of the box I noticed the hot plates do not even touch except at the very tip! Cannot flat iron hair that way! Returning next day. SOOOO disapointed!
