LubeLocker 9 75 Differential Cover Gasket Review

Perfect Fit. No drama, no leaks. Just had to clean up the dirt when I had the dealer come after the last diff oil change. Never again! It takes less time to do it yourself in your driveway (and less $$$). I bought a G2 diff cover (with drain plug) so it came back with a gasket instead of the stock diff cover. Great combo, no drama.

Unlike silicone sealants, the use of this seal allows the rear differential to be filled immediately after it is closed. This gasket has an alignment, so check the alignment of all holes before installation. I found that the left holes are misaligned when the gasket is upside down. I highly recommend this pad and not the "dumb scammer" type!

Looks great on my 2014 F150. I chose this gasket over sealant because a 24 hour cure time was not an option for me at the time and I needed to quickly reassemble and fill it. The folks at LubeLocker seem to take their pads seriously and I would recommend them. (Copied this from another Revain reviewer and agree) I also used their bolt tightening sequence and torqued all bolts to 35.

This thing worked like a charm. Used on a Ford F-150 XLT with a 9.75 inch 3.55 wheel and a FORD Racing cap. I wish they made them for any application that requires a seal. The stiffness difference from the OEM seal is day and night. The thickness is comparable in an emergency. I have to seal this thing with silicone/gasket/silicone other than that it actually works I would buy this 100 times again ie "IF" I really had to (which I know I don't because I will next time can use again).
