They are always helpful, very knowledgeable about technology in general which helps tremendously with our needs as well! Nothing that I can think of at this time but they have been great to work for so far!! Would highly recommend them over any other options out there. We use their support team daily when we need help or assistance from solving issues/problems regarding hardware / software applications etc.. Highly recommended. ! The customer service is excellent, they are always available to help with any issue that arises in our network or systems! They have worked very hard over many years building out their team of engineers who know how networks work inside-out - which makes them an invaluable resource for us as we build new projects from scratch every few months (and then again when those go live!). The best part about using lumi is that it's easy to use, has many features available for free (such as backup), can be used in conjunction with other software like Backup Exec from Symantec or Carbonite etc., very good support team of knowledgeable professionals who are always willing/able /willing enought at any time day night weekend holidays even during working hours when you need them most!
