Haven't tried it yet but this seal seems a bit difficult to stay in place. I think the problem is that I live in the Northwest US and the seal struggled with moisture (which escapes through the back door when driving on the freeway) immediately after installation. They also give you a link to a website where you can read the instructions in detail and enlarge the photos. As a result I had to order a second one. I glued the first one to the truck bed, on my 2013 F150, but the tailgate wouldn't close.
