Good cost effective solution

Very easy to use and although the color difference to the flooring is striking it doesn't look bad at all. A kind of emphasis on the ground. I will buy it again for my other projects.

Pros
  • Durable finish
Cons
  • Modern

Adhesive works great

I was concerned about the adhesive strip. Thought I could add screws if needed but it holds up very well. I'm pretty sure I don't need screws. Tested baby! Looks nice. Easy to cut with a hacksaw

Pros
  • Easy to apply
Cons
  • Thin

Step for door fittings and locks

Arrived safely. A bit awkward to cut with a regular hacksaw. The actual color is dark brown. It looks like it will hold with duct tape, but you can use some kind of construction glue to be sure. looks good.

Pros
  • Elegant design
Cons
  • Very expensive

plays great. I'm deducting a star because it was included.

Holds up well, fits perfectly. I deducted a star because the metal was slightly curved. I was able to knock it out gently. Since ot os paid, I had to be very sensitive.

Pros
  • The best in its niche
Cons
  • I vaguely remember

Withstands fairly heavy traffic

Good quality, not too thin. I put it on a concrete step, so I used glue in addition to the strip that came with it. The quality of the paint is good, I've been using it in the basement downstairs for a month, the paint hasn't worn off and it's holding up for some heavy use.

Pros
  • Excellent construction
Cons
  • Some imperfections

Wrong item Dimensions

The item description states that this item: Item measures 2.8 x 2 x 37 inches This is not true! It is actually 1.12 x 1.12 x 36 inches. This product didn't have the width I needed. While Revain was good enough to recoup the price I paid, I'm still looking for the right hem size.

Pros
  • Pleasant
Cons
  • Frequency

Arrived damaged. never mind

Transition plate ok. It arrived damaged. Since we use it in our garage we decided to just knock out the dent and use it anyway. If he had gone somewhere else we would have sent him back. I didn't realize it was all glued on and had no screws or nails, but that's fine. Time will tell if it works!

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • Security

The adhesive strip is really strong, but you may still need to attach it.

We used leftover specialty wood to cover the steps and this was just what we needed to cover and protect the exposed edges. I like the combs (great grip). It would only be ideal if it was offered in different widths (2-2.5) to cover thicker steps and if it was offered without a rounded edge. However, it worked great!

Pros
  • Hands Free
Cons
  • Nothing Here
