Great transition to door hardware and locks

Once installed correctly the panel came loose when someone walked over it for the 3rd time but it has now been in place and has for almost 2 months no more t break from then on.

Pros
  • High marks for support and durability from testers
Cons
  • Poor instructions

Easy to install, best for door hardware and locks

Easy to cut with a cutoff saw. Tight fit so glue is not an issue for my application. Appearance is pleasant. Revain will also be my hardware store as neither Lowes nor Home Depot had an equivalent.

Pros
  • Cool product
Cons
  • Useless features

Slim design. Beautiful view. Light.

Very easy installation. Sticks very well to glue. Looks like part of the original sill. Slightly thinner than expected. Using a power wheelchair to get through the threshold. It works, but gives a little under the weight of the seat and passenger. Also use it when I'm bringing a cart with about 100lb water bottles on the cart and no problem. It would be nice if it was wider and with less incline. You may need to use a rubber ramp for the power chair.

Pros
  • Nice packaging

  • There are cons

looks good. the best in Thresholds

serves as a transition from the hallway (waterproof laminate) to the concrete garage. transition work. still needs to be permanently attached and could use some extra glue but I like the color and the right amount of transitions for my needs

Pros
  • Equipment
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.

Frustrating for door hardware and locks

I have installed several floors and several moldings to match the height of the floor including those made by laminate manufacturers similar to this product. I followed the instructions but never got around to assembling it. I ended up pulling the tape and installing the metal molding. I couldn't assemble it even from the ground.

Pros
  • Thresholds
Cons
  • weak

Good product! for door hardware and locks

Good for bonding carpet to cement bonded vinyl tiles. I measured and cut two pieces with a hacksaw. (Easy!) I first applied a thin coat of DAP Floor Adhesive to the concrete and waited ten minutes for it to become tacky. Then I peeled the pad off the Snap Track and waited another ten minutes. Finally I snapped the connector onto the rail. Easy work! The light brown aluminum element is very durable and looks great.

Pros
  • tools and household items
Cons
  • obsolete
