One of the zipper pullers fell apart and fell apart on first use. I was in the process of getting a full refund but was not able to do so within a certain amount of time as I am traveling and do not have access to a printer and I have yet to secure my chain! I would not recommend this item unless the manufacturer claims they have reinforced really weak zippers!

I'm starting to ride a bike so I bought this gear case. It fits my bike (Trek 1.5) very well and is carefully designed for maximum coverage. It's a little hard to understand at the first time, but becomes obvious after the first time. It seemed to work on my first trip. There was no rain and no bugs so it wasn't much of a challenge but it gave me peace of mind.

Teammates and I rode our bikes from Louisiana to Florida to South Texas and were so glad we invested $11 in these bags. We got caught in the rain a few times and while other cyclists covered their chains with plastic bags, our fancy chain covers made us feel like pros :) worth buying if you're touring or need to store your bike in the off-season.

I was short on time and ordered this product before going to an Ironman race. I have a ceramic chain and wanted to protect it from road dirt and rain. At first I was scared by all the negative reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised. This product has worked very well and is easy to tighten even with my oversized pulleys. I would recommend it to serious triathletes who want to protect their "baby" when taking them to the streets.

I have a cat that likes to chew on my rear derailleur so I needed some kind of cover to keep it from ruining my bike. First, this cover arrived in a HUGE box the size of a movie poster. The fabric itself is a bit thin. I couldn't figure out how to attach it to the bike so I ended up throwing it over the derailleur - it covered most but not all.
