I like that it can be used for multiple services (not just landscaping!) which makes my job easier! It has everything I use in my daily work life so it's very easy for me to learn how navigate around the program. There are many features that can be used or not as one sees fit. The customer support team provides great guidance at every turn when using their product. I love that it has so many features! It's constantly updated with new tools for us as we grow our services (and expand into more states!).
